Meritas has secured a group rate of $209 plus applicable taxes per night for a standard guest room. Please reserve by September 21; after that, requests for room will be subject to availability at the hotel's prevailing rate. Cancellation needs to be made 48 hours prior to arrival date, otherwise a 1 night's stay penalty is applied.

Vaccine Required

Meritas requires that all attendees be fully vaccinated (i.e., two weeks or more have passed since the attendee has received a single-dose vaccine or the second dose in a two-dose series of a vaccine approved by the World Health Organization).
