The Teotihuacan Pyramids are among the most iconic and well-preserved archeological complexes in Mexico and the world. The site is also known for its beautiful murals, panoramic views, and the Avenue of the Dead, containing several smaller pyramids, temples, pottery, and bones.

Guests will also get to enjoy a sit-down lunch inside a historic cave during the excursion.

The Teotihuacan Pyramids are located approx. 1-hour's driving distance Northwest of Mexico City. The excursion includes an English-speaking guide to escort the group and round-trip transportation to & from the Hyatt Regency Polanco.

Safety concerns?

• The Hyatt Regency Mexico City, located in the Polanco neighborhood, home to numerous embassies and luxury residences is highly regarded for its exceptional safety. The area's private surveillance system and foot patrol make it a very secure area.

•  Please continue to exercise common sense as you travel.

Which airport is best?

• The Mexico City International Airport a.k.a. Benito Juárez Intl Airport (MEX) services all international flights.  Private transfers from the Benito Juarez Airport are available for pre-booking at very reasonable rates via the website.



What is the meeting cancellation policy?

Participants must pay in advance for the meeting and optional events.

Individual cancellations should be completed by Wednesday, March 26, 2025 to receive a refund. Refunds for cancellations received prior to the deadline will be applied to the credit card used for payment.

Appropriate substitutions are allowed by another member of the same firm, at any time. 



Can you provide a Visa invitation letter?

Members can receive a personalized letter from Sona Pancholy, Meritas President, prior to the meeting to present to customs officials, upon request. Please submit your request for a letter to Manda Herzing by Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

Foreign visitors are exempt from presenting a Mexican visa as long as they have a valid passport issued by any the following countries: Canada, Japan, the United States of America, the United Kingdom or any countries comprising the Schengen Area.

For all travelers who are citizens or nationals of countries that participate in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP): Yes, you need an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) if your flight is connecting through the United States to Mexico.
