Notice Regarding CLE
For those members with a U.S. license, Meritas is offering to pursue CLE credit for a small administrative fee. Attendees may opt-in to this service during registration. CLE accreditation for both programs is currently pending.

Situated just 10 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, the Lake Nona area of Orlando is home to many shops, restaurants, public art installations, and iconic architecture.
The daily amenity fee includes access amenities such as self-parking, high bandwidth Wi-Fi, access to the adjacent Performance Club with fitness classes, Rox Climbing Gym, Chopra Mind-Body Zone, shuttle service throughout Lake Nona, and bicycle rentals.
Cut-Off Date: As we are past the October 15 deadline to register, guest rooms and rates are currently subject to hotel availability.
Cancellation Policy: Hotel requires a 48 hour prior to arrival cancellation to avoid one night room and tax penalty.
Check-in is after 3:00 pm / Check-out before 11:00 am.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available for cancellations sent in writing (email will suffice) to Meritas no later than 5:00 pm US Central on Wednesday, October 29.
Cancellations received after October 29 will not be refunded for any reason. Appropriate substitutions can be made by other firm members at any time.
Refunds for cancellations received prior to the deadline will be credited to the method used for payment.
